The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Learner requests enrollment for a class
2) Manager approves this requests Recently Viewed
3) Request is not approved and the learner receives a notification with the error.

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
R12.1 / R12.2 : Oracle
1. (resp.): Alert Manager > Alert > Define EBusiness Suite
Releases 12.1 and 12.2
2. Search Application = Learning Management Release Content

3. If alert "ADS Monitor Training Workflow" is returned, change the Alert type of this alert from Event to Periodic
