When a supervisor approves an enrollment request from a learner, the learner gets a notification with the following error: Management (OLM) 11i to

concurrent request. Management (OLM)

during execution of trigger 'APPS.ALR_OTA_DELEGATE_BOOKINGS_UAR'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:  
1) Learner requests enrollment for a class
2) Manager approves this requests   Recently Viewed  
3) Request is not approved and the learner receives a notification with the error.

The issue is caused by the alert "ADS Monitor Training Workflow", which is not supported by OLM. for "Remote Region

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
R12.1 / R12.2 : Oracle
1. (resp.): Alert Manager > Alert > Define  E­Business Suite
Releases 12.1 and 12.2
2. Search Application = Learning Management Release Content

3. If alert "ADS Monitor Training Workflow" is returned, change the Alert type of this alert from Event to Periodic

5. Go into the responsibility: "Functional Administrator" to clear the cache. Show More
 
6. Select Core Services > Caching Framework > Global Configuration 

7. Push [Clear All Cache] 

8. Retest the issue.
