Dear Sir,

Kindly refer to your notice issued to me dated 12th September 2017 on behalf of your client M/s Idea Cellular Ltd.,
VJ Tower, Vyttila PO, Kochi 682019. Acknowledging the receipt of the notice sent by you, hereby wish to bring the
following facts to your kind attention.

1. I had already sent communications via emails to Idea customer Service regarding deactivation of my idea
number 9207595566. The same was confirmed to via reply mail dated 8 th February 2017 informing that the
number has been deactivated after all dues were paid. References : SR No.C1-83932863002 and SR No.C1-
839328543320, which I believe was not communicated to you by your client and the details of which I am sure
they can fetch from their end. After I got a call on 17th May asking to pay the dues again, I had again mailed to
customer care asking for the reason and got no response from their end. Now after a period of more than 6
months I am receiving your notice which is shocking and outrageous and verily unacceptable.

2. Before the connection was de-activated, I had already paid the dues of Rs 517.50 on 05.02.2017 after
confirming the exact amount with your client, since I was specifically informed that unless my dues were paid my
connection could not be permanently deactivated. If the dues are still outstanding I do not understand how the
connection was terminated. The reference number is ……………………….. I could provide my Bank account
statement, but I am sure the details of the transfer is already available with your client since I have already got it
acknowledged.

Kindly advise your client to recheck the facts above and please refrain from such activities which harasses and
enrages someone who holds a reputed position as Manager and Branch Head in one of the largest private sector
Bank in India. The notice which is uncalled upon is very demeaning from your client’s side, and if you still are
proceeding with the same I shall initiate legal action myself by contacting my lawyer or through Consumer Court
which shall be at the cost and risk of your client. I have all required communications and proofs of the dues paid by
me, the details of which are mentioned above, and the same shall be produced at court if we are deciding to
proceed the case further.
