3.0 Membership
President mentioned that the numbers of Sashi
new members joining and renewed
members was very encouraging and the
Committee was looking forward to
bringing the Club to better heights with
more members.

3.1 From August to date :- Sangeetha

a. The new members are from
membership number 0581 to 0654
totaling 71 new members to date.

b. Total number of new members

and renewed members stands at 257 Sangeetha
members.

3.2 The Committee decided that those

members who do not renew for one
year may retain their previous
number.
However, members who have lapsed
their membership by 2 years will not
be able to retain their old numbers
but instead be given new
membership numbers.

3.3 All old numbers which were not Jagmeet

renewed for more than 2 years will
not be retained (hereinafter referred
to as the “Old Numbers”)
Mr Jagmeet suggested that we send
an email to all numbers to state that
the the said Old Numbers have lapsed

Mr.President suggested that the Old
Numbers will be tendered out. We
will later decide on the mechanics of Mid

4.0 Financials

4.1 Treasurer suggested that payments Ragunath

5.0 Social Media

5.1 Mr. Jagmeet stated that KLKopites Jagmeet

5.2 We have to also advertise the KL Jagmeet

Kopites membership drive on
Facebook with a new poster. We can
spend up to RM 50 per week. We
can boost the exposure to as many
people we can reach out to especially
for big matches

5.3 President suggested that the

communication platform for a lot of
the members.

6.0 Social Media

6.1 LFC Run

Mr. President suggested the LFC
Run on Saturday 9th December 2017. Sashi
We are waitng for a main sponsor.
We are targeting 2500 to 3000 for a
3km and 6km run. KL Kopites is the
strategic partner. 10 percent of the
profits will be paid to KL Kopites.
Runners will have to go the portal to
register. The poster will be sent to us
once ready. The brochures will be Ragunath and
prepared by Ragunath and Jagmeet Jagmeet

6.2 Merchandise
Mr. President said that we are in the
midst of designing new merchandise Sashi
Kl Kopites such as caps, key chain, t-
shirt, mugs at etc. We will have a
display cabinet at the Pound for
members to see.

6.3 Yohanes asked about the status of the

microphones for the announcement
at the Pound.
7.0 Activities for October / November

The Sports Committee consisting of

Nanda, Loga , Lawrence, Sashi will
work with Yohanes and Remy on the
Pool games for the late march &
Quiz night.

7.1 Jagmeet will identify 2 dates for the

Quiz night. Jagmeet

7.2 Mr. President suggested Shout Out

with KL Kopites open to public 4
person per team and RM 50.00 per Sashi &
person where you will also get starter Yohanes
pack when you join and targeting
100 teams. Winners of the Shout Out
will get prize money and
merchandise. The Shout Out will be
complimented with the dinner. The
winning merchandise will be
finalized by Sashi & Yohanes.

7.3 Mr. Harjit the owner of Pound will

sponsor 1 jersey per match viewing. Sashi
He will buy the jersey from us. The
jersey will be given to the winner of
the score prediction in case two
people have the same score then the
first person to register among the
both of them will win because we
want people to come early and
register for the score prediction.

7.4 Yohanes asked about the coupon

sales. Mr. President stated that after Yohanes
Harjit’s confirm we can decide on
the merchandise. Yohanes proposed
that after the coupon sales, we will
prepare a excel spread sheet to list
out the participants instead of using a
book. Harjit wanted us to fill in the
score prediction participants in a
book to show transparency.

7.5 Ragunath asked what to do with the

old jerseys, Mr. President suggested
Ragunath
that we may give it out as a lucky
 draw prizes.

7.6 Old jerseys are as follows:-

- For 2015, we have one home
jerseys size S and one short
sleeves goalkeeper jersey size L Ragunath
- For 2016, we have one home
jersey size M and two away
jersey size XXL.
- The committee has decided to
sell the jerseys at a discounted
rate and 2015 jersey will be sold
at RM 79.00, 2016 jersey will
be sold at RM 129.00. Ragu
will send out an e-mail to all the
members regarding the sales of
these old jerseys.

8.0 Membership Card

8.1 Sangeetha will send the new
members list to the printer to make Sangeetha
the new membership cards.

9.0 Code of Conduct

9.1 Vignes pointed out to the committee
and the President that the KL Kopites
code of conduct for its member is
actually printed at the back of the
membership application form.
