Cheata: Greeting everyone again and good evening to our honorable guest. We are very delighted to see
familiar faces and with such warm smiles from everybody, it has been a lucky night for us, so has
everybody. right Sahakcheat?

Sahakcheat: That is true, Socheata! Another year has almost passed like a flash. I feel like our previous
annual staff party was just yesterday. As of today, we are celebrating ANOTHER annual staff party 2017
to embrace everyone’s effort and their hard work throughout the year

TOGETHER: This year our Staff party is going under the theme “DANCING WITH THE STARS”

Cheata: You know what! Sahakcheat! I have been waiting for this magical night for so long because as you
know so far that there will be many performances from our talented co-workers who have been rehearsed
many days just to make the night fun! joyful! and……...

Sahakcheat: OH! and Lucky Draws Again! I can’t wait for them.

Cheata: Oh Yes! I bet everyone is going to be very excited too! But before the excitements come to
collaborate. With all due respect, we would like to invite his excellency, Youk Chamreunrith, our Managing
director and also our great mentor to give his remark to commence our event. Please kindly give a very
