MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

Accused, ROBERTSON L. RODRIGUEZ, assisted by the Public Attorney’s

Office, through the undersigned counsel, only for purposes of this Motion, and
unto this Honorable Court, respectfully states, that:

1.) The recommended bail bond in this above-captioned case is set

at Php 4 000.00;

2.) Accused ROBERTSON L. RODRIGUEZ is a simple fish vendor. His

income is barely enough to sustain their daily expenses and basic needs;

3.) Due to their financial constraints and for humanitarian reasons,

Accused respectfully seeks the indulgence of the Honorable Court for the
reduction of fifty percent (50%) of the posted bail, or the amount of Two
Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00);

4.) He has no intention to jump bail and would appear before the Court
whenever required to do so.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, Accused respectfully pray that the posted bail be

reduced to fifty percent (50%), or Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00).
