Idea 1 - Twisted

The theme I am going for with this idea is men’s mental problems/health,
through this theme I hope to show people a side of men they hardly see or
hear about and that is the inner struggles of men and the mental problems
they suffer through. For the Image itself I’m hoping to have the subject
stood in front of a mirror and have the focal point of the Image be the
reflection. Through the subjects body language and some after editing I
hope to achieve a look in which it doesn’t show the subject as other people
would see them and how the subject sees themselves in a twisted manner.
The camera settings I am thinking about using on manual are an ISO of
1250, an aperture of f/22 and a shutter speed of 1/125.

Idea 2 - Torment
The theme I am going for with this idea is men’s mental problems/health,
through this theme I hope to show people a side of men they hardly see or
hear about and that is the inner struggles of men and the mental problems
they suffer through. For this Image I am hoping to show the subject in a
blurred motion of torment, not fully there visually, partly there and partly
gone, suffering indefinitely due to their problems they are going through. To
do this I am going to have them in the studio so I have a better control over
the lighting situation In the after editing of the photo I am hoping to darken
the image if it does not come out as dark as initially planned. The camera
settings I am thinking about using on mannual are an ISO of 1600, an
aperture of 2.8 and a shutter speed of 1/20, along with these settings I am
thinking about using a bulb long exposure shot with the cable release to capture the movement
more.

Idea 3 - Desecration or Violation

The theme I am going for with this idea is men’s mental problems/health, through this theme I
hope to show people a side of men they hardly see or hear about and that is the inner struggles
of men and the mental problems they suffer through. For this Image I am planning on using my
bedroom for the location. The reason behind this is because for this image I want to show
domestic and mental abuse towards men from their partner. In the image I want to either have
the subject will be sat in the corner of a torn up dark bedroom with bruises and blood on their
face (make-up) while their partner stands at the door with a bat or have the subject pinned
against the wall by their partner who is abusing them in a horrible manner, the subject will be
bruised and bleeding again with the room torn apart. The camera settings I am thinking about
using on manual are a ISO of 1250, an aperture of f/22 and a shutter speed of either 1/125 or
1/20.
Idea 4 - Split

The theme I am going for with this idea is men’s mental problems/health, through this theme I
hope to show people a side of men they hardly see or hear about and that is the inner struggles
of men and the mental problems they suffer through. For this image I am thinking of doing
multiple shoots in the same location with the subject stood in different places each time wearing
a different outfit, this is meant to be a representation of Dissociative Identity Disorder showing
that the person has a serious problem with them having various personalities. The camera
settings that I am planning to use on manual are an ISO of 200, an aperture of f/22 and a
shutter speed of 1/125.
