ABSTRACT

A good employee performance is one factor that is essential for treasury spending (BP-
SKPD) Seluma District in an effort to increase productivity. So that, the successful outcome of
good working in line with expectations and community agencies Seluma Distric.

Objectives to be achieved in this study is to investigate the performance of the Treasury

Spending regional work units (BP-SKPD) Seluma District. In this study the type of study is a
type of qualitative research survey methods exploratif, Research that takes a sample of a
population, and use the questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data collection techniques done in
a way library research and field studies through in-depth questionnaires and interviews.

Measurements in this study seen by the input, output and outcome. based on the
perception of the treasury expenditures results of this study is that treasurer of performance in
terms of input expenditure is categorized quite good, well categorized in terms of output and
outcome are also categorized properly.
