tailor made products as well.

2.0 COMPANY HISTORY

Innospace born in 2008 Dec with very few colleagues. Taken the
specialization in Embedded System Research &Custom Products for
Institutions and Industries. Institutional projects are the toughest
work in the market due to making vast new applications, ideas,
products and prototypes. Innospace reserved a good name among
the institutions and industries in very short period.
Innospace Incorporated as Innospace Automation Services Pvt Ltd.,
in March 2009 moved to cater industries in the area of wireless
automations specialized in Low Power Wireless Technology. Also
continue to support & signed MOU with institutes to develop and
support new idea & implementations in the field of Electrical,
Electronics and Communication. In 2011 we had been tied up with
Radio Design Partners & Manufacturers to meet the immediate

Description

This one is a medical electronic product. This will show the Oxygen level on the oxygen tubes
using in the operation theater or the ventilator machines. We made with GLCD display to show along
with standards as customer given.

Description

WiFi Data Converter: This one is a Analog to digital converter with more communications, WiFi ,

3. Micro controller to PC Communication Protocol

Description

This project was mainly designed for industrial Application for reconfigure the pin configurations
constructed in the controller (PIC16FXXX) after flashing the program in run time, using Application
software’s via the Serial Port of PC’s.

Software & Tools used: MPLAB IDE, Hitech-C Compiler, also in Assembly lang., VB 6.0

4. Batch Weighing Controller

Description

This project is for Weighing. Batch Controller is for control the weight of the process or
packing ingredients in any industry. It has main features as measure, add cumulative of each, signal
the PLC or Master Controller ready for next weighment, Communication to PC. Etc

WIM: This also in weighing, but it’s a dynamic weighing application used to take weight while the
truck or any vehicle moving on the WIM platform. Weigh In Motion (WIM).

WiFi Data Converter: This one is a Analog to digital converter with more communications, WiFi ,
RS232, RS485, USB 2.0. Mainly we used the board for the front end software on Android tablet PC
for static weighing.

5. WIM (Weigh In Motion)

Description

Weighing, but it’s a dynamic weighing application used to take weight while the truck or any vehicle
moving on the WIM platform. Weigh In Motion (WIM). We did erection and commissioning of full
project in Toll Roads in 2 places around 8 systems.

6. Coffee Vending Machine

Description

This is a commercial electronic vending machine product. This can handle all the process of
instant coffee making. Functions like Temperature control, Process timing control, User access with
LCD, Solenoid valve controls.

7. Stacker Radio Remote Control

Description

This product is to control the stacking position motors in a magnetic stacker machine
remotely. This saves the manpower and time to setup the machine. No. Of Receiver Relay Outputs
36, Remote buttons 6 numbers with LCD to access 36 operations.

8. Welding Remote Control

Description

This product is to control the welding current output of thyristor controlled welding machine
remotely. This saves the manpower and time to change the current in working areas of heavy
industries. No. Of Receiver Relay Outputs 2, 0-10V Analog output, 0-100K variable Resistance.
Remote buttons 4 numbers.

9. GSM Tele Switch

Description

This is to Control & Monitor the inputs from various machines using SMS. It has 2 inputs and

10. Full-draft Rail In-motion Weighing System

Description

This project is for railway wagon weighing system. Basically this system is used in steel
plants, ore mines, cement plants, etc... The system has two channels analog to digital converter for
weigh the wagons while dynamic. This system has one more micro controller to read pattern from
track switches along with rail and with load cells, the track pattern only determine the weighments.
After finishing the weighment, that weight details are transmitted to the generalized database
through Serial Communication to PC.

Software & Tools used: KEIL, Embedded C -C51 Compiler ,Serial communication, weight calculation
process, memory, I/O operation, keyboard, and printer, RTC, LCD, and ADC.

11. Helper-T Onboard Truck Weighing System

Description

This project is a way of weighing trucks on board. Here On board means, scale in the truck
itself to prevent overload of trucks which is already prohibitive in many regions legally. The system
has a SPI based analog to digital converter connected to the P89C61X2 controller to convert the
strain of Load cells to digital. The scale will show the signal lights with respect to the percentage of
load in the truck and the weighed data will be stored in the external EEPROM with Date and Time
from a RTC. The stored data can be seeing through the LCD using the keypads up and down

Software & Tools used: Keil, C51 Compiler

12.Remote – Industrial Electrical Devices Management

Description

This project was mainly used for an industry to monitor the load current, voltage and supply
frequency and control the loads using Application software’s from a remote Control room via Local
area network or Wide area networks.

 Interfacing with PC via RS232 converter module.

 Reading Electrical parameters (voltage, current, power, pf, kVA, etc) through own protocols.
 Drawing online graph for all parameters.
 Checking margin value of each parameter.
 Generating hour/minute based reports
