This Venus-Mercury conjunction is supported by aspect of Saturn (1,5,7,10,11) and also
strengthened by aspect of Jupiter(1,9 higher mind, 12 unknown) of expansion.
Reaching Peak by Directing Iconic “Thingyan Moe” Film

In Rahu Dasa- Saturn Bhukti the native had reached his peak by directing “Thingyan Moe”
in Myanmar (in English “Rain in the Water Festival”) with many of the scenes and songs set
against traditional Thingyan celebrations just before Myanmar New Year in April. This film
had gained three 1985 Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards for Best Picture, Best Di-
rector as Maung Tin Oo and Best Cinematography. This was his third Academy Award after
getting 1972 (Mars-Rah DB) and 1978 (Mars-Moon DB) Best Director Awards. He also got
4th time 1995 (Rahu-Moon) and 5th time 2001 (Jupiter-Saturn) Best Director Academy
Awards. The classic Thingyan Moe film has been recast and its supreme Thingyan songs
have been sung during Thingyan of every year all over the country.

this world, 12 Moksha/ end of life. Rahu at 7° 23' Virgo was transiting in the star of Sun
and sub of Ketu representing Saturn.
Here the Academy Award winning Saturn and Rahu became death causing planets.
So no planet is fully benefic or malefic depending on occupation and ownership at
three levels of planet, its star and sub.

Hints If the 10th CSL signifies houses 3, 10, and 11, one can win an election.

The mother of a bride consulted me on 4th December, 2016 at 8-55 AM, at my residence
without horoscopes to know, astrologically, who is a suitable and appropriate bridegroom
for her daughter. Then, immediately, an idea flashed in my mind to know with the help of
Ruling Planets. I asked her to give horary numbers within 249 for each bridegroom. Then,
she gave the following numbers for each of them as shown in the following table:-

In No.1, for Krishnamurthy, all the three planets Sun, Venus and Mars have appeared.
In No. 2, for Kiran Kurma, only two planets Sun and Mars have appeared from among the
RPs.
In No. 3, for Rama Govindu, only two planets Mars and Rahu have appeared from among
the RPs.
In No. 4, for Sathish Kumar, all the three planets Saturn, Rahu and Moon have appeared.
We can easily rule out No.2 and No.3 because only two planets have appeared, whereas in
numbers 1 and 4 all three planets have appeared. Therefore, we must select the correct one
from numbers 1 or 4 only.
In No.1, for Krishnamurthy, Sun and Venus are original RPs and Mars is an additional RP.
In No. 4, for Sathish Kurma, Saturn and Moon are original RPs and Rahu is an additional
RP.
NOTE:- Rahu is stronger than Mars, because Node is more powerful than any other
planet.
Astrologically, I have selected No.4 Sathish Kumar (220/249=Saturn/Rahu/Moon) as the

correct and suitable bridegroom for her daughter.
RESULT:- I was invited for the marriage which was celebrated with Mr. Sathish Kumar on

Eye Injury - Triggering point of planets

As most of our KP friends are aware, my eye sight is poor for distance having had retinal
hemorrhage in the right eye since 2002. According to the eye specialist, this is incurable.
However, I have not given up any daily activities like using the computer, reading horo-
scopes, writing articles, and also continue to do all domestic work including gardening with
sufficient physical and mental strength.
Nowadays, it is time for removing the branches that have grown excessively in the Albesia
trees which provide support for pepper creepers to run in my small pepper crop. Last Satur-
day, the 22nd April, 2017, while I was removing the branches of the trees, suddenly a a
conical shaped branch with sharp edges cut off from the tree and rushed towards my face
and knocked me in the right eye. The eye began to bleed and I rushed home and while tell-
ing the incident to my wife, I asked her to note down the time. She tried with several chan-
neling centers in the area to contact an eye surgeon, but in vain due to the week-end rush.
Finally, she brought me to our family doctor, who gave me some eye drops and antibiotics
and dressed the eye to protect it from dust. After a delay of two days, last evening, 24th
April, I had a chance to consult an eye surgeon and he found a small cut in the eye ball,
and slight abrasions on the eye lids. He treated these problems and the eye is still covered
with plasters. Luckily, according to the doctor, there were no severe bruises to the eye ball,
and no threats to the optic nerves.
I was amazed to see the time chart of this accident because, in my experience, KP System is
the one and only way to identify the most reasonable planetary behavior for such incidents.
In the morning of the 25th, with one-eyed vision, I plotted the time chart for 3.55 pm, 22
April, 2017, as noted by my wife.
In this time chart, the 8th cusp falls in Aries sign, which is sign of my natal Ascendant, the
lord of which is Mars, the chief Karaka for accidents, and Mars was transiting in the 9th,
(2nd of the natal Marakasthana), over the star of Krittika 4th Pada which is owned by Sun.
This is the governing Naksastra over head, eyes, brain and Vision. At the time of accident,
the Sun, being the lord of the 12th (hospitalization), was transiting over the 8th cusp
(accidents), which is the natal Lagna cusp (head and athma). This Sun is the Sign, Star,
and Sub lord, as well as the depositor of the 6th cusp in the natal chart. While in transition,
it was in conjunction with Mercury, natal significator of the 6 th cusp.
In the time chart, the natal 5th (recovery) cuspal sub lord, Rahu, was transiting in the same
house as in the natal chart, representing the Sun, Moon and Mars. Among them, Moon is in
Saturn's sign and indicated Punarphoo, which caused the delay in my ability to consult an
eye surgeon.
General rule for accidents

If the Ascendant and 8 th cuspal sub lords signify houses 6 (injury), 8 (accident) and
12 (hospitalization), and are connected with Mars, Saturn or Nodes, one may meet
with an accident during the joint dasa period of the significators of houses 4, 6, 8
and 12. If Maraka and Badhaka houses are also involved, the accident may prove to
be fatal.

As per rule given above, the accident indicator, Mars, as in the natal chart, appears in the
time chart, and in the rotated chart as well.
DBAS
On the date of this accident, the DBAS operating were Jupiter, Mercury, Mars and Moon (as
per the rotated chart).
Dasa lord Jupiter (R), the owner of houses 12 & 9, is posited in the 6th (injury/disease). It is
in the star of Moon, lord of the 4th in the 11th (Badhaka), and in the sub of Mercury, lord of
the 3rd & 6th placed in the 1st in conjunction with Sun, the lord of the 5th (escape/recovery),
in the star of Kethu in 11 (Badhaka) and in the sub of Mars, lord of the 1st & 8th placed in
the 2nd.
Bukthi lord, Mercury, is as said above. Anthara lord, Mars, is in the 2nd (Maraka), in the

Moon, lord of the 3rd, is deposited in the 4th; and it is in the star and sub of Moon, and the
sub-sub of Venus who is in the 8th and is lord of houses 1 and 6. Moon aspects the 11th
house. Hence, moon has linkage with houses 4[vehicle], 8 [2 nd to the 7th], giving away money
to the seller, and the 11th which is fulfillment of desire, and Venus karaka of vehicle. So,

Transits of Sun:
As the event is likely to happen in a few days and Moon star lord of the RP is also Moon. So
the event is likely to happen shortly. Therefore, the transits of Sun may be considered.
On the day of judgement on 24-11-2016, the Sun transits in Scorpio sign [Mars] and Anu-
radha Nakshtara of Saturn. Generally, the Sun transits in scorpio sign of Mars and Anura-
dha nakshtara of Saturn from the 18th of November to the 30th of November every year. After
that, the Sun transits in Scorpio sign of Mars and Jyeshta nakshtara of Mercury from 30th
November onwards. As Mercury is a Ruling Planet, I opted for this and told the querent that
the probable date of purchase of vehicle is Wednesday the 30th of November, 2016.
Facts of Case
It was intimated by the consultant that he purchased the vehicle of his choice on the 24th of
November, 2016, after making many rounds of inspections and clarifications from different
sellers.

When will I be in a position to acquire a flat?

This is the horary question raised by our colleague by telephoning with his horary no.3/249 on 21
Dec 2016 @02-40-00 P.M. Immediately I erected a horary chart for the said number at 02-45-01
PM hours and the same is attached.
Is the event is promised or not—As per the Gulbarga Theory, the sub lord of the horary number
lagna is SUN. This Sun is the star lord of the Moon in the ruling planets at the time judgment. So,
the answer is YES. With this positive indication, now I will proceed for further analysis of the que-
ry.
I - K.P. rule says in this regard (see KP reader no.6 page no.174) that— 4 th house shows one’s own
house, landed property, estate etc. The 11th house shows one’s accomplishment of desire, and the
12th house shows investment. Therefore, the houses to be judged for acquiring a house or for con-
struction of a house, are 4, 11 and 12.
As per the horary chart, the 4 th cusp sub lord is KETHU which is posited in the 11th. Kethu is in
the star of Rahu that is posited in the 5 th, and in the sub of Mercury, lord of houses 3 and 4, posit-
ed in the 8th.
Kethu represents Mars and Saturn. Mars is the lord of houses 1 & 8 and in the 11 th, and Saturn is
the lord of houses 11 & 12 placed in the 8th. Rahu represents Sun, Mars and Saturn. Sun is the
lord of the 6th placed in the 9th. We have already discussed about Mars and Saturn above.
Thus, the 4th cusp sub lord KETHU signifies the 11th at star level, and the 4 th at sub leve, and so
promises the acquisition of the house/flat by the native. Through Kethu’s representation of (Sat) 12
– investment, and Rahu’s representation of (Sun) 6- borrowings are also indicated.
The 11th cusp sub lord, Mars, signifies the 11th at both its star and sub levels and assures the fruc-
tification of the event.

This is the horary question raised in my mind on 24-12-2016 at 12-05-00 pm, when my
cousin Mr. Dhyani informed me over phone that he has started by his car in the morning
hours from his home from Bangalore to reach my home today. Immediately horary number
5 struck in my mind and erected a horary chart at 12-05-08 hours. The chart is attached.
First let me check whether the event is promised –
The 11th cusp sub lord is Rahu which is placed in the 5th. Rahu is in the star of Kethu who
is placed in the11th. It is in sub of Mercury, lord of houses 3 and 4, placed in the 9th.
11-fulfilment of the desire, 3- leaving his place of stay and journey, 9- long journey, and 4-
meeting his kith and kin at home town. Thus the event is promised.
The question is ‘at what time’ --- since the event is expected to take place within 24 hours, I
have to take the movement of lagna on the sensitive points of the RPs.

ASC= JUP-SAT-MERC/ RASI= VENUS –RAHU- MERC/ DAY LORD- SATURN.

The distance between Bangalore and Hyderabad is 575 KM, and with normal driving skills,
it takes 8 to 10 hours to cover. It is informed by my cousin that he has started from Banga-
lore at 8.30 am, and he is expected to reach Hyderabad between 04-00 pm and 05.00 pm
even if he takes 8 hours journey time. Keeping this in my mind, I cannot expect him to
reach within the Jupiter lagna time that is before 12-30 pm. So I have not selected Jupiter

lagna even though it is in the list of RPs. Next comes Mars lagna. Even though Mars is in
the RPs, since my cousin cannot reach before 4.00 pm, I have not taken Mars lagna time
using my commonsense.
Next comes Venus lagna at 3-42-55pm with Moon star which is not in the list of RPs. After
Moon star, it is Mars star that starts @ 4-36-55 pm and ends at 05-33-49 pm. Since both
are in the list of RPs, I have taken Venus lagna with Mars star as the lagna and star for my
further calculations.
Venus and Mars combination is chosen from the above list, based on the order of strength
of the RPs as SGL and STL between 04-36-55 to 05-33-49 p.m.

If the present running dasa lord is one among them, then we can select that dasa lord pro-
