Comes Now Plaintiff incorporates by reference the allegations of above and in all documents,
cases filed in the above courthouses with the above Judges. Plaintiff demands a Jury Trial, pursuant to the
Seventh Amendment to the United States Constitution. Along with the hearing and all hearings to be filmed by a
Cameraman of the choosing of Plaintiff JWG.

The question presented is: DO WE HAVE EQUAL JUSTICE ACROSS AMERICA?

That this Book and this Man Judge Henry Hudson is a disgrace and the fact he was Interviewed / Considered
for the HEAD OF THE FBI suggests a big problem in the Department of Justice and the Senate Judiciary ie with
Jeff Sessions and Chuck Grassley - THE TOP COPS to ENSURE JUSTICE to all Americans. TO ENSURE the
United States Constitution / DUE PROCESS is available to all AMERICANS which is “FAKE” Justice in America
is denied to all unless you are RICH and or have SEX with the right people.
The United States of America voted President Trump in to CLEAN the SWAMP the / DEEP STATE and or the
“OLD BOYS NETWORK” aka the “HOOKERS”. THis is a watershed moment will Judge Hudson demand a
Special Grand Jury as in his book he demanded a investigation into other allegations.7

Judges and Law Firms Reed Smith and Mays Valentine aka Troutman Sanders both firms that have colluded with Divorce Lawyer
Ilona Grenadier Heckman to Steal in Bankruptcy Court and through the theft of money of Sonia Grenadier the mother of Judge Albert
Grenadier that with Knowledgeable intend. Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier using a FORGED SIGNATURE of Sonia Grenadier stole
Millions in Cash and Real Estate for personal gain through her law firm. Mays & Valentine Jim Arthur was tried for similar crimes involving
Sonia Grenadier and helped Cover Up the crimes of Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman which was empowered by the USDC of
Virginia Attorney General's Office which Judge Henry E. Hudson was in charge of at that time. All the above have stolen through lies in
court, in court documents from Janice Wolk Grenadier well over $50 Million in Real Estate, money and just some damages for
knowledgeable, malicious intend to harm under the elements of Rico & Racketeering.

That Plaintiff JWG in good faith removed Judge Hudson's good friend and apparently a HOOKER / Old Boys
Network Senor Judge Claude Hilton who has recused himself from 3 cases. That JWG did not know of the book
at the time. JWGs computers and life is shadowed / HACKED online and when she googled Judge Hudson on
her own computer the book did not come up, googling him on another computer she learned of the book in mid
December and spen Christmas reading and investigation his statements and others. Senior Judge Claude Hilton
by all appearance was involved in the collusion to choose Henry Hudson or knew of the collusion of many to call
in those favors or was the favor of Jeff Sessions and Chuck Grassley the interviews for the FBI position?

The Department of Justice has been sitting on a FORMAL COMPLAINT directly to Loretta Lynch for 2 plus years.
The Senate Judiciary Committee and the Whistleblower along with the FBI has been sitting on this for over 6
years. The HELL - JANICE WOLK GRENADIER AND HER GIRLS has been over 27 years ( when it was
learned Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman had through her law firm stolen monies and Real Estate from
Sonia Grenadier through a FORGED TRUST AGREEMENT - The COVER UP to protect one of their own would
begin in full force) and over 10 YEARS of PURE HELL that started in the State of VIRGINIA courts on or around
September of 2007 when Divorce lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman LIED IN COURT and the slippery slope
started.

1. ILONA GRENADIER HECKMAN (IEG) – Experienced a Divorce Lawyer since 1967. Acted as lawyer to Janice
Wolk Grenadier, manipulating money and Real Estate from JWG and others. Widow to Judge Albert Grenadier and
Jerome Heckman – Albert’s 1st cousin. That the evidence and documents will show as a lawyer through her law firm
stole money, real estate and Herman Grenadier’s body from his grave. Will further show through evidence her
believe that she is above the law and “HATES” Catholics, with the help of the Judiciary, Government and Elected
Officials because of whom she has been married to, and men that are in “LOVE” with her that will Cover Up her
criminal schemes, acts and actions is above the law to date. The evidence will show a criminal spree since on or
around November of 1983 with the forging of Sonia Grenadier (mother to Judge Albert Grenadier and Aunt to
Jerome Heckman) on an Amended Trustee Agreement. EXHIBIT 1 – and then the illegal Liquidation Agreement

Ilona Grenadier is guilty of Perjury, Obstruction of Justice, Aiding and abetting obstruction of Justice,
Fraud on the Court, Involvement of Forgery, Theft of money from the Sonia Grenadier Trust account through her
law office for great personal gain over $10 Million in Real Estate, Theft of Herman Grenadier, joint and several
liability, malpractice, Bribery, Abuse of her Oath of Office, Conspiracy, Collusion, Gang like activity mirror image
to the Klu Klux Klan, Miscarriage of Justice, preventing Due Process, conflict of interest – related to the practice of

under color of law, Retaliatory & Retribution actions, Treason, Title VI Civil Rights Act of 1964 Title VI, 42 U.S.C.
2000d et seq., was enacted as part of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964, 18 USC § 912. With her Intention to
18 USC § 1341 -Frauds and swindles, Defraud, Breach of Contract, Arbitrary and Capricious behavior,
Committed Fraud on the Court, § 18.2-498.3. Misrepresentations prohibited, § 18.2-172 - Judicial Misconduct;
Criminal Misconduct; Mail Fraud; Honest Services Fraud; Extortion; Harassment; Gang activity; Racketeering;
Retaliation; Discrimination; et al. not limited to: decisions made in bad faith for a corrupt purpose, deliberately and

4. Keller Heckman - Founder Jerome Heckman 3rd wife to Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman Law
Firm was aware of the criminal activity and turned the cheek and by all appearance used their influence to empower
the corruption and COVER UP. The Judges were close to this firm and or the activities in this firm. Aided and
Abetted the thefts of Sonia Grenadier from her Trust by Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman and the thefts
from Plaintiff
5. ERIKA ELY LEWIS – Daughter to Divorce Lawyer Ilona Ely Grenadier Heckman, Married to Timberlake Lewis.
Took ownership of GIC through a Liquidation Agreement done by a lawyer not licensed in Virginia and without
JWG signature Exhibit shows Real Estate and other business with IEG. Aided and Abetted the thefts of Sonia
Grenadier from her Trust by Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman and the thefts from Plaintiff
6. TIMBERLAKE LEWIS – Husband to Erika Ely Lewis, partner it appears to several businesses’ including Real
Estate with IEG and Erika. That the appearance is that money from properties by law and by right owned by JWG
due to being divorced without a property settlement help to purchase other properties in California et al. Aided and
Abetted the thefts of Sonia Grenadier from her Trust by Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman and the thefts
from Plaintiff
7. DAVID MARK GRENADIER - Ex-Husband to Janice Wolk Grenadier. Divorced in June of 2000 with no property
settlement agreement. Conspired with his mother Ilona to manipulate and steal from JWG starting in December of
1986. Aided and Abetted the thefts of Sonia Grenadier from her Trust by Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman
and the thefts from Plaintiff
8. ANDREA GRENADIER –Sister to David – colluded with IEG for money and favor. Aided and Abetted the thefts

information on IEG coming out. Aided and Abetted the thefts of Sonia Grenadier from her Trust by Divorce

15. FAGLESON SCHONBERGER PAYNE DEICHMEISTER & ARUTHER LAW FIRM – aka FAGELSON
SCHONBERGER BILOWITZ & GRENADIER (Albert Grenadier) – Aided and Abetted the forgery of Sonia
Grenadier and the thefts from her Trust by Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman
16. DIMURO GINSBERG - Employer of several lawyers who conspired to harm Janice. That ignored their
responsibilities per the Professional Code of Ethics Attorneys Ben DiMuro, Andrea Mosley, Judge John Tran,
Hillary Collyer (now Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson the question never answered is her mother or relative
Judge Rosemary Collyer), Ben Dimuro in April of 1989 met with JW and her then husband David to discuss a fire
that he was representing GIC/Monroe Ave partnership for the overage on the insurance. Wrote threatening letter
that JWG was trying to Extort money from Ilona ~ Money that Ilona owed JWG from malicious manipulation,
and stealing it from JWG. That he used his power to manipulate an investigation by the Commonwealth
Attorney Randy Sengel who after JWG corporates with the Police declared JWG innocent and that she was only
going after monies and Real Estate owed to her by right and by Virginia and Federal Law. Past President of the
Virginia State Bar VSB President-elect Bernard J. DiMuro and his wife, Sandy, have designated 10% of their estate
to the Virginia Law Foundation. DiMuro is the first Virginia attorney to make a gift of this kind to the VLF,
according to VLF Executive Director Sharon Tatum. DiMuro said he wanted to make a law-related donation to an
entity with the ability to administer the funds effectively. A Big part of the Old Boy’s Network and through
Collusion and Power has kept everyone in check to protect his paying client Ilona Lied in Respondents’ Joint

call politely, I was outraged. This is just another example of how he used friendships, business
acquaintance to move forward and a favor would have been created to cash in on later

storylines for the Marshall. as much as I missed those weekly phone calls from movie stars and
Hollywood producers, even more deflating was the refusal to return my calls. Slipping back into the
crowd was depressing, but I came up with an Escape Plan. I started my radio show with my friend and
client Bob Longwell. Ollie North and Dave Kellogg critiqued our shows. The show was named America

and Virginia dozens of congressmen and Senators best selling authors such as Patricia Cornwell, and great
lawyers such as John Roberts, now chief justice Roberts. My stock climbed a bit when friend Greta Van

disgusting to see such disregard to the Judicial Canons, Professional Code of Ethics and the basic right
of every American to a Fair hearing.
End of the Quest Pg 322 - 325 : Since President George W. Bush, Senator Warner and Senator Alan
were all Republicans, the Virginia Senators would Prevail for me to become the next federal judge in the
eastern district of Virginia. I cleared the hurdle of the White House counsel. Department of Justice
conducted its own competency and suitability review, the White House Then referred the matter to the
FBI for a background check. This is a lifetime appointment with removal only by impeachment, the
bureau digs pretty deep, sometimes all the way back to childhood. the nominee receives a 5-inch man to
paperwork to complete. Because I had filled them out before, and fortunately retained copies, my law
clerk Julie godsman and I were able to accomplish the task relatively easy, in about 2 days. it should be
noted this was at the cost of the Virginia citizens that he judge Henry Hudson had lied to. page 324 both
Senators Warner and Allen spoke on my behalf, as did Senator Jeff sessions of Alabama. Sessions and I
had served together as us attorney's. Senator Jeff sessions is now the attorney general for president
Donald Trump. that judge Henry Hudson was considered for the top job of FBI chief it's something
that should be investigated

Hudson’s career is based on favors / friendship’s and this case is part of the payback of those favors /
friendships. That Judge Henry Hudson was interviewed for the FBI job shows he continues in the pattern and
