Mechanical Engineering
With a full time staff having over 100 years of combined industry experience, it is
no surprise why our customers continue to call on us to design their most
aggressive, cutting edge and industry leading products. With our teams help,
clients are achieving lower cost, faster production cycles, better manufacturability
and designs that stand above the competition.

All of our staff have been awarded undergraduate degrees from top accredited
Mechanical Engineering programs and are active in many engineering societies
and organizations to keep current on existing and new technologies. We provide
quality engineering support using the latest 3-D modeling and design tools
including Pro Engineer and SolidWorks. In addition, our engineers have a
thorough understanding of real world constraints in ergonomics and manufacturing
processes ensuring viability of designs even in their earliest stages.

Industrial Design
Our creative side allows us to create unique and innovative design
concepts that are eye catching and faster to production. Manufacturability,
time and cost are prioritized when conceptualizing designs for our clients.
Through cohesive brainstorming and freehand sketching, we can evaluate
and communicate early concepts to all clients quickly and efficiently.

GTI designers can rapidly create multiple design concepts from a goal and
a set of specifications and design criteria. Early on in the process, unique
directions are tested for viability and weak ones are eliminated early on.
We can then select a working design based on the iterative design process
ultimately moving to prototyping and final production.

Our design process starts with comprehensive research, conceptualization,

concept evaluation and development and design refinement. Our team is
fluent in creating design concepts through 2D and 3D media, from quick
line sketches and marker renderings, to computer generated renderings
and animations.
