HCA Corner Anchors
Corner Anchors are used for fixing natural stone slabs on to each other at corners.
These elements are used to fix reveal slabs, soffits, column slabs and window sills on
to supported façade slabs. Slabs can be assemled at the work shop and fixing is
done faster and easier at once. Special drilling is done to the slabs which is shown
herein.

HCA01 Application

Soffit slabs can be

connected to the supported
slabs at colums. In this
instance HCA01 corner
anchors are used as load
bearing and HCA02 are
used as restraint.

HCA02 Application

Soffit slabs can be

connected to the supported
slabs at parapets. In this
instance only HCA02
corner anchors are used as
restraint.

HCA03 Application
This anchor is used to fasten
two slabs together at
corners. The disk is inserted
at a split edge of on the slab.
A special bolt is fixed
between the anchor and the
disk which firmly connects
the slabs together.

This corner anchor is used as load bearing when fixing

soffit or reveal slabs on to the supported slabs. 5 mm
adjustablity is possible and can be apllied with open

This corner anchor is used as restrain when fixing soffit

or reveal slabs on to the supported slabs. 5 mm
adjustablity is possible and can be apllied with open
joints.

Special Drilling for HCA01 & HCA02 corner anchors;

St

Special drilling is done to the slabs at the upper face and St/2 St/2
at the back. The drilling must be done precisely as
shown on the illustration. The adjustable arm inserted Ø8 mm
from the back meets the pin which is inserted from Drilled hole Dia. Ø8mm
above.

HCA03 Corner Anchor 120°

HCA03 corner anchors are used to support slabs to the installed slabs at
corners. This system is used for supporting reveal slabs on to supported
slabs.
