Method of preparation:

While you are lying on your back placing a pillow under your thighs will give you more
comfort and will help you relax
What you need to do while getting out of bed or into bed:
For getting out of bed first roll on your side, place one hand to support you wound if
necessary and with the help of your other hand try to slowly pull yourself up.

For getting into bed simply reverse the procedure but remember to
support your tummy and the stitches.

What you need to do while laughing, coughing or sneezing:


Always support your tummy while you are laughing / coughing or
sneezing.

If you need to cough something up, the least painful and most
effective way is to "huff" (a short forced breath out through your
mouth, like steaming up a mirror).
Helpful exercises:
Briskly circle your feet, bend forward and backward and stretch your
feet at the ankle for 20 to 30 seconds. This exercise helps maintain
circulation and prevents swelling. Do this exercise as often as
possible and start immediately and continue until you are up and
about.

Lie down with your knees bend. Pull in your tummy and take both knees gently to the

left then to the right. Bend knees as far as it is comfortable. Repeat several times.

Be patient:
After childbirth, there is going to be a lot of tenderness so the first time you make
love, take it slow and stead, The episiotomies site might not have had the chance
to heal over completely and even if your stitches have long since healed, it can
take literally months for the soreness in the area to clear up. Therefore go slow
and the slower you take it the better.

long?".

A few do's and don'ts:


Don't try to be a superwomen: having a baby can be a full-time job, so try to
reduce commitments during your pregnancy. Don't bother too much about
household chore. (If you are at work, make sure you eat nourishing food and don't
tire yourself out. Try to put your feet up during lunch time.).

Do make friends with other couples who are expecting or have just had a baby. This
will help you clear your doubts in any fields and also provide you with some support.
Do take plenty of rest once the baby has arrived. Try to learn the knack of catnapping.
You can ask your husband to bottle-feed the baby at night so that you can take rest a
stretch.

BREAKFAST
Diet: Fine Multi Grains, Pork Porridge, Hi-fibre Bread,
Black Sesame Cereal (either1 item)
Take Peiling Herbal Health Formula - 1 sachet
(before or after breakfast)
Suggestion: After main meal, may consume fruits.
Drinks: Herbal Beverage (2 cups per day).

LUNCH
Diet: Ginger Sesame Oil Pig's Liver and/ or Ginger
Yellow Wine Pig's Liver(1st to 7th days).
Advised to finish together with Pig's Liver & the
soup, otherwise finish the soup only.

TEA TIME

Best to take Pork Liver, otherwise can choose
