Bhagavan Shri Shri Shri Sathya Sai Baba, an incarnation of Lord Shiva

Prasanthi Nilayam,also Puttaparthi was formerly called as Gollapalli situated
and surrounded by rocky slopes,thick vegetation and dense forests. The one of the
tributary of river Krishna named CHITRAVATHI flows amidst the place. It seems to be a
comet in amidst the clear sky. The outskirts were occupied by evergreen grazing fields
depicting its pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Banned by the town municipality, no
huge scale industries were set up in the heart of the city except for pollution free firms
thus preventing the hazardious effects to the atmosphere. The city has the most

men and women with high mastered lanterns illuminating the sense of vision of

home of Baba named YAZUR MANDIR with beautiful layout. In the midst of the
