The Past
 There are no system in place to manage the separated
aircraft/manufacturer documents, (DAAO-BDO,DAAO-
JKT)
 Lack of knowledge on handling aircraft/operators
documents; e.g: AFM, DDG/MMEL, AOM, AMM, MRB,
MPD ,etc
 Lack of resources to manage documentation, no sufficient
database/record keeping system;
 Insufficient access to manufacturer resources;
 Control accuracy and completeness;

 Subscription to ICAO Portal
