Interview
One of my strengths that I'm really proud of is that I'm a risk taker. It doesn't necessarily
mean that I'm always confident but most of the time, I can convince myself to take on
tasks that are out of my comfort zones. Therein also lies my weakness. I don't know how
to say no when I'm given tasks. Sometimes, I find myself struggling to accomplish a
project because it's not of my expertise. However, I always strive to find a commonplace
for my strength and weakness that usually drives me to success.
It really depends upon the skill that needs to be enhanced but most of the time, it's
through hands-on experience. For example, since I'm a member of our debate club, I do
day-to-day matter loading through reading books or journals, and watching YouTube
crash course videos. I also train every week and join debate tournaments as much as I
can. Another instance would be enrolling myself in creative writing workshops so that I
can improve my writing skills. My skills would improve exponentially if I find myself
actually practicing/doing it.

Doing & managing things swiftly and accurately as well as making sure that the
employees feel that they are being attented to when it comes to their benefits and
welfare is probably the hardest and most challenging part of my job.
The fact that my department’s services could be a deciding factor for an employee to
stay in the organization/company is— in itself— pushes me to keep learning from my
chosen profession. Also, of course, is the fact that it could be a way to further improve
and develop my skill set as a practitioner and an individual.
Housewife
Mother of two
I just had another baby last year, so far teaching and helping my son unterstand his
feelings how not to get jelous over his new baby sister which leads to an overnight
tantrums is the most challenging experience I ever had.
Motherhood is not something you can take lightly. As a mother, I always assure that all
my actions and words are properly firm for my children look up to me.
I really admire my mama. I adore her because of her immeasurable love she has given
me and towards my children. And she's the person I always thought everytime I lack of
patience. She never leave my side since day one I became a mother. I learned so much
from her about motherhood. I wish I'd be like her specially in terms of long patience.

I Give myself time myself to think logically and critically first before answering. If doing a
task, I always find ways on doing it so I can finish it earlier.
I enhance my teaching skills by reading a books everyday and also I will train myself to
teach my students by using different kinds of strategy and technique. Lastly, I enhance
my teaching skills by the means of injecting something that students can relate on in my
lessons.
