A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SURIGAO DEL SUR THRU

THE OFFICE OF THE VICE GOVERNOR, HON. MANUEL O. ALAMEDA, SR. TO PROVIDE
FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF P.C.C.M.G. HEADQUARTERS IN THE AMOUNT OF
FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND (PHP 400,000.00) PESOS AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAPTER
CHAIRMAN AND THE PROVINCIAL CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE MOA AND OTHER
PERTINENT DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Civic Crime Monitoring Group (PCCMG) - Marihatag Chapter is in urgent
need of a headquarters because of its increasing members;

WHEREAS, as a private organization recognized by the national government, it is willing to be a partner

of local government units (LGUs) in assisting local boards and councils and law enforcement
agencies such as PNP, DND and PDEA in enforcing anti-criminality laws (anti-drug abuse, illegal
logging, etc.) and those involving land traffic management;

WHEREAS, the organization is requesting the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur to provide funds
for the construction of a headquarters in Marihatag, Surigao del Sur;

CIVIC CRIME MONITORING GROUP (PCCMG) - MARIHATAG CHAPTER HEREBY:

RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur
thru the Office of the Vice Governor, Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr. to provide funds for the
construction of PCCMG headquarters in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php
400,000.00) PESOS and authorizing the Chapter Chairman, EMETERIO S. SANCHEZ and
the Provincial Chairman, DAVID S. AGOPITAC, JR.., to sign the MOA and other
documents.

RESOLVED, FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Provincial Government of Surigao del
