Learning Objective By the end of the lesson pupils will be able to punctuate correctly:
a) capital letters
b) full stop
c) question marks

Success Criteria Pupils are able to:


1. (MS) pupils will be able to punctuate the sentences given correctly
(10 out of 10) with or without teacher’s guidance.
2. (L) pupils will be able to punctuate the sentences given correctly (7
out of 10) with teacher’s guidance.

Activities 1. Teacher starts the class with ‘Spelling Marathon’.


2. Teacher revises on the previous lesson.
3. Pupils show their homework and share with the whole class.
4. Pupils listen to teacher’s explanation and the connection with the
topic.
5. Pupils punctuate the sentences.
6. Pupils complete the exercises given by the teacher.
7. Pupils listen to teacher’s conclusion about the topic.
