Final Grade P

Areas of strength: Bre was an integral part of a group project at the Suitcase Clinic that implemented a new student-engaged
weekly clinic in the Salvation Army shelter. The group also conducted a community assessment of the
Areas for Growth: Bridgewater, VA area, assessing strengths and gaps in services for the local homeless population. She was also
a valuable participant in the IIHHS Poverty Simulation, and completed care coordination with JMU Student
Skills performed (if applicable) Health
Areas for growth: Continue to work at enhancing your current community nursing and communication skills.

Skills performed (if applicable): Implemented group projects. The nursing process was used, as well as health
informatics, epidemiologic studies, the Community Assessment process, and project evaluation techniques.
Care Coordination hours were completed with JMU Student Health.
