METHODOLOGY

I. MOBILIZE
Organize in a folder the copy of the Notice To Proceed (NTP) or of the Contract
Prepare copies of the Plans and Specifications.
Prepare the project Table of Organization.
Hiring of the needed work force (skilled and helpers)
Prepare the detailed Work Schedule (Gantt or PERT-CPM)
Prepare the Accomplishment Report format
Prepare the Materials, Tools and Equipment and Budget
Prepare the workers PPE's as well.
Acquire the work permits: Safety, Security, etc.
Do the work sites Job Safety Analysis.
Prepare the safety barricades, warning signages, fire extinguishers, etc. for the job site.
Prepare the Log Book for the Daily Progress reporting.
Prepare the Temporary Facilities: field office/bodega; food, water, electical supply.

II. PROJECT EXECUTION.


Conduct regular Tool Box meetings to enhance safety consciousness in the workplace.
Install the safety barricades and safety warning signs
Document daily activities and progress accomplishments. Follow the provided forms.
Monitor progress accomplishments to satisfy quality of work and completion time.
Document inspection reports. Provide photographs, if feasible.
Conduct daily housekeeping works.

Cut and clear the vegetations obstructing the work.
Bring to the job sites the draining materials such as drums, etc.
Close the valves, drain the fuel lines and purge it with compressed air.
Check for any hazardous liquid and gas leaks that may cause fire and physical irritations.
Repair the pipe supports and deteriorating concrete of the pedestals.
Lay-out, Cut, Remove the thinned-out pipes for replacement.
Layout, cut and prepare the replacement pipes, bevel joints. Sand blast prior to painting.
Fit-up and weld pipe joints
Inspect the root pass using "Dye Penetration Test" (DPT)
Full weld all joints
Conduct Hydrostastic testing for any possible leaks of joints.
Liquid Pressure and Time Duration of application to be set by Pasar.

III. TURN-OVER of COMPLETED WORK.


Invite owner's representative for joint inspection of the completed work.
Correct any observed deficiencies.
Submit final accomplishment report duly signed by owner's site representative.
Seek the release of the owner's Final Certificate of Acceptance.
Submit the Guarantee Bond as stipulated in the Contract.

IV. DEMOBILIZE
Return all excess materials to where it came from
Dispose scrap materials properly and accordingly.
Return all tools and equipment
Dismantle all temporary facilities.
General clean up.
