Recommendation
Staff requests the Downtown, Aviation, Economy and Innovation
Subcommittee’s recommendation to City Council for the issue of a
Request for Qualifications, and subsequent Request for Proposals for
a comprehensive development agreement that would include a new
West Economy parking garage, and a long-term Airport parking
concession.
