Job Responsibilities:
- Check and Inspect during joint preparation/Fit-Up accordance to WPS and Related
Procedure include ( Type, Heat No. dimension, orientation) Witness, control and record the
parameters for each weld performed (preheat if any, electrode storage and etc.).
- Check Dimension before and after welding using Dumpy level (Sokkia)
- Monitoring welding process as required by procedure
- Conduct visual inspection before NDT
- Final Inspection before release to Painting ( Check Dimensions , Distortion & Tolerance as
per code or client Spec
- Witness with client Hydro test activity, Leak test activity, verify certification and
calibration of equipment, hydro jetting before test run.
