Assumptions

A new train reservation system is designed and developed with the purpose of adding more
functionalities to the system to bring convenience to the users as well as the admins. In this newly
developed system, users and admins are assumed to be able to register and sign in to access the
system. After signing in, users are assumed to be able to fill in their details such as destination,
date of travel, time and etc. They must be able to select a train from a list after filling in their
details. Also, users are assumed to be able to fill in all their personal details such as name, age,
gender and IC number to confirm their reservation. Besides that, users are assumed to be able to
cancel their reservation and must provide a reason for recording purposes. They also must be able
to update their travelling details such as date of travel, time travel and destination even after
reservation has been completed. In addition, users are assumed to be able to view and search for
reservation via a specific information such as IC number. As for the admins, they are assumed to
be able to upload and update train detail, view and search the reservations, cancellation and number
of seats available in the train.
