EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

NAME OF THE FIRM

The name of the firm is Grill Meat Eatery. This comes from the Grill which is the procedure of
my product, and the word Meat is the main ingredient of my business. It is an eatery where the
food is cooked and sold.

LOCATION

My business will be situated at Rizal Avenue in front of Gaisano Capital Mall.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

Grill Meat Eatery produces viands which is the main course is meat. I choose this business
because it can help busy person who cannot cook for themselves because of their busy schedules.
Also, it can give the customer a new ambiance for them to relax and have quality time with their
love ones. It has very flavorful viands which can attract to the customer.

INTRODUCTION

My business offers grilled pork, chicken, beef and fish. It is like an eatery that serves the
customers with delicious grilled meats with drinks. It gives you delicious and yummy grilled
meat that could satisfy your tummy when you are hungry. The Parents, children’s and teenagers
will enjoy the food especially when it is their favorite food. Grill Pork Eatery gives you viands
that you could go for eating in breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Meat consists of skeletal muscle, with varying amounts of fats and connective tissue, but internal
organs are also used and known as variety meats, these include the liver, kidneys, testicles,
pancreas, brain, heart, and stomach. The term meat can be applied to the edible portions of
poultry and wild birds and mammals. Meat is a nutritious food, containing quantities of essential
amino acids in the form of protein. Meat also contains B group vitamins, iron, phosphorus, ash
and calcium. Certain meats, especially liver, contain vitamins A and D.

Grill Meat is a viand for customers that couldn’t have time to cook for themselves because of
their busy schedules. Grill Pork is a cook over heat, it is marinate by our own version of sauce
and has different sizes of pork and any kind of meat to choose for their breakfast, lunch and
dinner. It also has non-alcoholic drinks and unli rice. The customer will enjoy the ambiance of
the eatery with their friends and families.

ASPECT

According to the survey, the population of San Jose, San Francisco, Sto. Nino and Sta. Maria are
26,400 of the population who are paying for viands for their breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Since Grill Meat Eatery is located at San Francisco District, Pagadian City. There are vacant lots
of San Fracisco and it is nearby the city so the customer can go directly if they want to eat. The
customer will not spend too much money for fare after going to the malls or buy groceries with
family and friends. They can easily invite to their friends or relatives to come because the
address is known in the city.

My Grill Meat Eatery have also health benefits, it is nutritious food because it contains quantities
of essential amino acids in the form of protein and also have vitamin B, iron, phosphorus,
calcium, vitamin A and D.

It will be catering services every Mondays to Sundays for 13hrs. Since the target market are the
people who are busy and people who wants to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Saturdays and
Sundays will be 12hrs. The pricing strategy will be paid for the food their ordered. The payment
is cost, thus:

To attract the customers for my food services. I will use the 3 methods for promoting my
business. First, Word of Month, this is the best place to start and to tell everyone about my Grill
Meat Business. Second, Advertisement of my business with the place where it is located, my
name, contact number and social media accounts. It will cost P75,000(estimated). Third,
business cards and poster which I can give or pot them in local shops, malls, and offices. It can
cost P20,000(estimated) though, these I can promote my business in lesser cost.

PRODUCT/SERVICE SPECIFICATION

My Grill Meat Eatery is a food service that offers delicious and yummy viands. This service is
available every weekday at 8:30am-9:00pm. And then in weekends is 9:00am-9:30pm. It has a
price that is very affordable for family and friends. The ambiance of the eatery is very relaxing
and comfortable space for family, friends, students & many more with a relaxing music and a
sound proof glass that is free from noise and other distractions that can interrupt the customer to
have their quality time with their love ones. It has a place that is wide and clean. The place is
safe from the customer because it is quiet and peaceful. It has a business permit to assure the
clients that the business is worth trusted because it complied the legal requirements.

The waiter will prepare the meat and make a sauce to marinate the meat, and then put the
marinated meat to the refrigerator overnight. On the next day, get the marinated meat in
the refrigerator and put it in a tray to display the marinated meat in the table. Heat a
grill/pan and then the customer choose their desired meat, while waiting the customer will
occupy a vacant table/chair. Then, place the meat on the grill and cook. Next is flip and
cook the other side and then put sauce to be tasty, then reserved it to the customer, then
customer paid and eat then the customer exit. If the customer is not satisfied, go back to the
place meat on the grill and cook again.

UTILITIES

WATER- since water is the source of living; the students may drink free water in the water
dispenser. The Aqua World will be the source of our water supply.

ELECTRICITY- the room is has a light and electric fan, it is important to have a power
supply. The ZAMSURECO, which is the major distributor of electricity in Pagadian City, it
will be our source of power supply for the food service.

Our vision is to establish a standard and secured grill meat eatery in Pagadian City, ZDS
that will be melting the pot of all lovers of grill meat with a good taste of flavor.

MISSION

Our mission is to establish a grill eatery that will make available grill meat with a good
flavor of sauce, barbeque equipment and accessories and non-alcoholic drinks at every
given time to our highly esteemed customers and a place where people can network and
socialize.

Improve our eatery in local market and expanding eatery concepts as a unique restaurant.

The Manager is responsible for directing and controlling the work and staff of the business.
It is also the organizers of the business affairs. The manager receive a salary of P3,500
because it is a small business and when it will be expand business the salary will be bigger
also.
The Chef is the one who cook the food at the same time wash the dishes, a professional
cook and he/she will receive P2,500 salary per 15 days.
The Cashier is the one who itemizes and total purchases by recording prices and operating
cash to customers. She will provide the pricing information by answering information. She
will receive P1,000 salary per 15 days.
The Waiter/Waitress is the one who assist the customers and bring foods/orders to the
customers. They will receive P1,500 per 15 days for their service.
