Standard Operational Procedures are guidelines for carrying out tasks in

accordance with the performance assessment of government agencies. SOP in
community health centers have some weaknesses that have not been fully
implemented, this is due to behavioral factors of health workers. This study aims
to determine the behavior of Health Workers in the Implementation of Standard
Operational Procedures (SOP) at the Health Center Kayamanya Poso District of
Poso Regency. The research method is qualitative descriptive by using purposive
sampling technique. The number of informants is 4 people consisting of 3 regular
informants and 1 key informant. Data analysis using analysis approach with
matrix technique. The results showed that health workers have been aware of the
implementation of SOPs in public health centers The attitudes and actions of
officers in the implementation of SOP has been maximized, but the
implementation of the role has not been implemented properly due to inadequate
service facilities and lack of expertise and lack of training obtained by health
workers. It is hoped that the Head of Community Health Center will give
additional staffing, recruitment and training to health personnel to make SOP
more clear and optimal.
