1.0 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1.1 The applicant should be a legally incorporated, corporate identity for the past ten years.
Representatives, Commission agents, indenters and other similar intermediaries are not
eligible to apply for pre-qualification directly or on behalf of their principals.
1.2 Applicant should be willing to accept all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirement
normally applicable or required under the Law for performing work in PAPCO/PARCO Oil
Terminal Stations and Refinery (MCR) if selected.
1.3 Applicant shall sign and stamp Confidentiality Statement.
1.4 Applicant must not be black listed with any agency or organization.
1.5 Applicant must be fully aware of climatic, site and other working conditions at Project
Sites.
