3.) Duplex & Austinetic Stainless Steels are suitalbe for low temperature applications without impact
testing.

4.) Impact testing will be in accordance with ASTM A370 with sample sizes and locations in
accordance with ASTM A673
5.) For sample sizes 10mm x 10mm x 55mm acceptance criteria is an average greater than 27 Joules
with o single sample less than 20 Joules
6.) For half size samples 10mm x 5mm x 55mm acceptance criteria is an average greater than 14
Joules with o single sample less than 11 Joules
