Coordinate building safety procedures including fire drills and building evacuation measures; utilize building security software to
manage building security including alarm monitoring and the maintenance and provisioning of access ID cards; manage third-party
contract for maintenance, cleaning , installation, and security activities ensuring that contractors perform work in the time allotted
per the agreed upon schedule and according to contract specifications; manage the direct and indirect repair and maintenance of
work performed on, in, and around the facility; train employees on process changes for job efficiency; coordinated the relocation of
280 employees from one location to two remote locations due to facility renovations
Computed and recorded the earning owed to 70-80 department employees for payroll purposes using Kronos and PeopleSoft systems
to ensure employees were paid accurately and on time; checked electronic data for errors and verified that employees clocked in
appropriately for preparation of payroll; prepared and maintained accountability records for personnel time and mileage and
complied reports for supervisors’ review at each months’ end; maintained accountability of supplies by conducting regular inventories
and tracking supplies through an access database; observed AitTrak system to keep track of vehicles’ locations in order to dispatch
various requests to the appropriate crews; used ArcLogistics for routing crews on a daily basis; assisted in training a department on
routing software; prioritized calls and requests for service from citizens within the city of Charlotte; received correspondence and
