Kaizen Title: Emergency Shear Home position Entry Lock

Slab hit bottom knife of
Emergency shear and cobble
occurred.
There was no entry lock for
checking home position on
Shear. So when bottom knife
left home position no entry
lock generated.
Shear home position signal added in
entry lock condition. Now if top or
bottom knife will move from home
position than entry lock will be
generated. And no slab can be
discharged from furnace.
