Students Experinces of Working and Studying

Work study is a program in place in many colleges that lets students hold part-time jobs
while

in school in order to subsidize the cost of education, of or relating to any of various programs,
as at a university, which enable students to engage in part-time employment while continuing
their studies.A program administered by high schools and colleges that employs or secures
employment for students while matriculating.

According to Maaarja Beerkens,students employment is increasingly common in many

countries. Compared to earlier decades,not only more estudents work but they also work longer
hours. Among European countries Estonia is one of the clear “leaders” in students employment.
This study uses survey data from 2,496 students in Estonian public and private universities to
examine the reasons for working on such as massive scale and its consequences on academic
success.

Studying is very important to everyone, because it serves to us how to know different

knowledges.In line with the aforementioned facts,the researchers would like to conduct a
research that aims to explore the experiences of students who work and study. Specially, the
students wants to know the reasons why students work and study.

The scope of this study will be describing and exploring the experiences of students who
work and study. It will determine the challenges and experiences of the working student.
Likewise,the study will identify ways on how to handle this kind of situation. The respondents
are the SHS students of RSTHS. The study will utilize interview and will conducted in the
second semester of the school year 2017-2018.
 The study will aid the students to be aware. They understand on how to handle or manage
their time. And they know the importance of studying,because sometimes working students
neglect their study. They are going to work first because of insufficient money,they forgot their
duty of being a student.For parents to know and understand the experiences of being a studens
who are working.Maybe they say to their children son/daughter “don’t work, be focus to your
study,I will work for you, to support your needs, to finish your study.”For teachers to know and
understand how hard the experiences of the students who are working.Therefore, they can give
them a consideration and chances to accomplish their requirement.

This study will benefit researchers with the same relevant topic.
