ABSTRACT

Scanning and searching documents manually is the most common way that the

faculty used in archiving their documents in the ICT Department. Archiving document in

ICT Department is an online system in which all of the furnished copy of documents is

being collect and store in a safe database. The main purpose of this project is to store the

furnished copy of documents in a secure database and also to secure and protect, compile

and transform documents into organized and searchable information. Another purpose of

this system is to preserve the furnished copy of documents in a given time or might be

used for any time also to keep the file safe from losing in which the respondent secure,

search and retrieve essential copy of furnished documents classified according to its

category, subjects, date, and year and by batch designation. The burden of searching for

the furnished documents and retrieving them will be easy and it won’t keep long time by

searching it manually out of a hundred documents to retrieve the specific documents that

they want to view. The project will focus only to the furnished copy of documents that is

already been approved and signed.
