DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LEEOLAN G. ORBASE, of legal age, Filipino, single and with residing at 23D Vega
St., Village East Exec. Homes, Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Cainta, Rizal, referred to as the
BUYER/MORTGAGOR of a House and Lot situated at 23D Vega St., Village East Exec.
Homes, Brgy. Sto. Munting Dilaw, Antipolo City, Rizal covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. R-28975 of the Register of Deeds of Antipolo City particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land 9 lot 23-D of the subd. Plan Psd-04-168045, being a portion of (Lot 23,
Blk. 118, Pcs-04-00497, L.R.C. Rec. No. 9411), situated in the Brgy. Of Bulao, Mpty. Of
Antipolo (Now) Antipolo City, Prov. Of Rizal. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot
23-E of the subd. Plan; on the SE., alongline 2-3-4-5 by Road Lot 53, Pcs-04-004997
(now) Vega St. 10.00 m. wide); on the W., alongline 5-6 by lot 22, blk. 118, Pcs-04-
002114; on the N., alongline 6-1 by lot 23-C of the subd. Plan. Beginning at a pt. marked
“1” on plan, being S.34 deg. 09’W.,191.10 m. from BLIM no.1, Bulao Cad.29 Antipolo
Cad.thence 02 deg.33’W., 10.82 m. to pt.6; thence N.86 deg 45’E., 9.45 m. to pt.of
beginning, containing an area of SIXTY SIX (66. SQ. METER. All pts. Referred to are
indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15X60cm.,
bearing true; date of orig. survey, during 1912-1913 and that of the subd.survey,
Feb.6,2004 and was approved on March 22, 2004…/”

In consideration of the Mortgage Agreement which I executed in favor of the MORTGAGEE


(PAG IBIG FUND), I hereby undertake to reconvey absolutely unto the SELLER SPS. LITO O.
ORBASE & YOLANDA GULAPA ORBASE, both of legal age, Filipino, with postal and
resident at 23D Vega St., Village East Exec. Homes, Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Cainta, Rizal, the title
to the above described property in the event that my loan application with Pag-Ibig Fund in the
amount of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY
PESOS (Php 1,990,140.00) will not materialized or push through.

This deed is being executed pursuant to the requirement of Pag-Ibig Fund.
