Vehicular Accident
At about 10:45 AM of January 30, 2018 Central 911 Base Command called up to this office and reported
vehicular accident transpired at Dumanlas road corner sto. Rosario St, Buhangin, Davao City. In
connection P03 Aldrin M Baquial, duty Traffic Investigator was dispatched to this office to verify the
veracity of said report. Above mentioned police officer returned station with information wherein
involve vehicles described as; (V-1)Toyota Camry Sedan color Biege with plate # WEY190, registered
under the name of Agnes gatdula, driven by Anthony Villaruz Celeridad, of legal age, married, a resident
of San Vicente St., Laverna hills Subd., Davao City and (V-2) Toyota Avanza Wagon (SNN Taxi) with plate
# LXA225, registered under the name of Stewart G. santiago, driven by Rolando Llanos Lazaga, of legal
age, a resident of 75-D Jacinto St., Davao City. Investigation disclosed that on or about 9:40 Am of same
date while vehicles travelling along Dumanlas road heading towards Bajada, Davao City, wherein V-1
ahead of V-2, upon reaching at the corner of Sto. Rosario St., V-1 executed slow down due to the
delivery truck of RC Cola parked on road and unload stock, while V-2 inattentive as result rear portion of
V-1 bumped by front portion of V-2, due to the impact V-1 only incurred damage. For record

brgy Buayan Mlang Cotabato City, caught in the act smoking lighted More cigarette, beside SPMC JP
Laurel, Davao City at about 12:59 pm of January 30, 2018 upon apprehended immediately issued
citation ticket bearing number 0375-2018, (4). James Carincangan Noval, 27 years old, male and a
resident of Purok 3 Valencia Bukidnon, caught in the act smoking lighted more cigarette, inside SPMC JP
Laurel, Davao City at about 12:01 pm of January 30, 2018 upon apprehended immediately issued
citation ticket bearing number 0376-2018, (5). Jije Sanchez Alavar, 36 years old, male and a resident of
Beside Overpass Bunawan Davao City, caught in the act smoking lighted more cigarette, beside SPMC JP
Laurel, Davao City at about 12:15 pm of January 30, 2018 upon apprehended immediately issued
citation ticket bearing number 0377-2018, (6). Jemuel Maukidong Lanos, 33 years old, male and a
resident of # 655 Pag Asa St Buhangin, Davao City, caught in the act smoking lighted mark cigarette,
beside SPMC JP Laurel Davao City at about 12:21 pm of January 30, 2018 upon apprehended
immediately issued citation ticket bearing number 0378-2018, (7). Socrates Amores, 58 years old, male
and a resident of Purok Datukaka Pob. 1, caught in the act of smoking lighted marlboro cigarette, SPMC
side walk, Davao City at about 12:15 pm of January 30, 2018 upon apprehended immediately issued
