Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a

real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated,
over time. Both kids who are bullied and who bully others may have serious, lasting problems. It
is also one of the most problems issues in the world. Bullying is a type of epidemical traumatic
disease that can make one`s life gone by doing suicide.There are a lot of people do it just for fun
but they don’t know that the person they bully can cause him or her a long time of being
traumatize.

There are four types of bullying. The first one is VERBAL, it is by saying or writing
mean things. It also includes teasing, name-calling, inappropriate sexual comments, taunting,
threatening to cause harm. The second one is SOCIAL, sometimes referred to as relational
bullying, involves hurting someone’s reputation or relationships, it also includes leaving
someone out on purpose, telling other children not to be friends with someone, spreading rumors
about someone embarrassing someone in public. The third one is PHYSYCAL, it involves
hurting a person’s body or possessions. This may also include hitting, kicking or pinching,
spitting, tripping or pushing, taking or breaking someone`s things and making mean or rude hand
gestures. The forth one is the CYBER, this is the kind of bullying but instead of doing it
personally, it is done by posting through FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM and other
social media applications that can hurt one`s feelings.

According to stopbullying.gov the 2014–2015 School Crime Supplement (National

Center for Education Statistics and Bureau of Justice Statistics) indicates that, nationwide, about
21% of students ages 12-18 experienced bullying. The 2015 Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance
System (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) indicates that, nationwide, 20% of students
in grades 9–12 report being bullied on school property in the 12 months preceding the survey.

The question in this topic is are there any law or constitution that can stop BULLYING?
According to REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10627 an act requiring all elementary and secondary schools
to adopt policies to prevent and address the acts of bullying in their institutions.
