Keep up with the standards set by the Development Academy of the Philippines (nAP)-
Ateneo School 017 Governance (ASoG) for his/her MPM-RD degree program and abide by
die coOt] iticins specified by the scholarship grant.

2. Not Conduct himself/herself in a disorderly, disgraceful, and dishonorable conduct.

3. Not engage in any work for pay or accept other forms of scholarship or fellowship
during the scholarship period without the consent of the Agency concerned.

Complete all the requirements for the MPIV!.RD course'within the prescribed period of
the program (18 months).

5. Be allowed by the supervisor to attend all the required face to face sessions of the
course.

6. Maintain a rnininiuni passing grade in all subjects set by the degree granting institution.

7. Submit the following:

Action/re-entry plan shall be an integral part of the Rural Development Action

Plan Project (RDAPP).

• Seven (7) hard copies of the RDAPP: Five (5) copies to be given to the
Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and two (2) copies to the
Department/Agency.

• Original copy of the Transcript and photocopy of Diploma shall he submitted to

the Department/Agency after the completion of the course.

8. Serve his/her Office and/or the Department/Agency after the Master in Public
Management-Major in Rural Development (MPM-RD) program for a period of two (2)
'ears For every year of schooling.

9. In case the grantee fails to complete the course within the prescribed period (18
months) or expelled by Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), the grantee
shall refund the total cost incurred related 10 his/her course. After demand and grantee
refuses anti/or failed to pay/refund the cost, said amount shall automatically earn
interest in Lhc rate of twenty-Four percent (214) per annum from date of demand until
fflY Paid.

D. MODE OF PAYMENT

The DA-ATI shall directly pay DAP and UP-DILC for the tuition, graduation and miscellaneous
fees upon receipt of the billing statements. The book and internet allowances shall be given
by the ATI on a monthly basis through payroll or, ATM whichever is applicable. The RDAI'P
support shall be given by the ATI to scholars upon the start of the courses 411, term.
