MOTION TO TRANSFER DATE OF JDR

COMES NOW the PLAINTIFF by the undersigned Attorney and to

the Honorable Court, most respectfully asseverates, viz:

1) This case is set for JDR on 29 August 2014 at 10 o’ clock in the

morning;

2) Most ruefully, on said date and time, a very close relative of

undersigned private prosecutor who is already frail and of advanced age
will be arriving from abroad to meet with undersigned private prosecutor
for purposes of discussing her last will and testament;

3) As time is of the essence in the matter of the crafting of the

client/ relative’s last will and testament, it behoves undersigned counsel
to attend to it.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of

the Honorable Court that it will CANCEL the hearing set on 29 August
2014 and to be CONTINUED for the initial presentation of evidence for the
prosecution on 08 September 2014 at 10 o’ clock in the morning.

Other reliefs just and proper are also prayed for.
