management consulting business in Nigeria on its head. With experienced consultants at
the helm as Partners, Infodigm intends to grow at more than 50% per year through solid

Infodigm Limited is a management consulting firm, which combines its knowledge of
various industries with expertise in financial management, risk management, human
capital development solutions, strategy, operations and organizational transformation
to provide organizational change management assistance, development of coaching
skills, transformation technology implementation, strategy development, and
operational improvement services. These solutions and services are provided to small
and medium scale businesses as well as large corporations to deliver sustained
shareholder value growth.

The company's office is strategically located at the Trans Amadi area of Port-Harcourt.
The company was incorporated as a limited liability company in July 2006 and
established as a result of the efforts of its owners, Olamide Falase and Dr. Olayiwola
Oladapo, and their experience in assisting small businesses into prolonged periods of
growth and innovation.
Olamide Falase worked as a Banker for over eight years before resigning voluntarily to
start Infodigm Limited and was part of the team that implemented the transformation
agenda of Access Bank Plc. His over four years of working with small and medium scale
businesses positions him to adequately address and provide the skill and tool sets
needed by the owners of such businesses to affect their peculiar business growth
agenda requirements.
Dr. Olayiwola Oladapo is a consummate HR Professional, his experience spanned both
the consulting and management spheres of Human Capital Development. He has
consulted for leading organizations in Nigeria on a wide variety of HR management
concern and the companies cut across all the sectors of the Nigerian Business
environment. They include Shell, Exxon Mobil, NLNG, United Bank for Africa, Standard
Chartered Bank, Intercontinental Bank, Nigerian Breweries, NBC, Federal Office of
Statistics, Lagos State, Multilinks Telecoms, Rosabel, Royan Hospitals to mention a few.

HR functional roles. He was at different times, a Senior Consultant Mac-Tay Tack
Consulting, Manager HR Strategy Services Vic Lawrence, Employee Relations Manager
Oando Plc., Head of Human Resources MMA2 domestic airport. He is a versatile
facilitator and seasoned HR professional.
The company which began operations in March 2010 has signed on two clients whose
combined annual revenues are estimated at N500million.
COMPANY OWNERSHIP
The current promoters of Infodigm Limited are Olamide Falase and Dr. Olayiwola
Oladapo
Olamide Falase is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, where he got his B.Sc. in
Geology. A seasoned banker with over eight years of experience in the banking industry
which spanned several aspects of banking including Credit and Risk Analysis and
Management, Banking Operations, Treasury Operations and Customer Service
Olamide was part of the team that implemented the transformation agenda of Access
Bank Plc., where he worked for over six years and rose to become the Branch Manager
of the Bank’s Trans Amadi Branch in Port Harcourt where he was responsible for a
balance sheet of over N3 Billion.
Also during his stay in Access Bank, Olamide was one of the Operation Risk Coordinators
for the Bank’s Port Harcourt region, with responsibilities that included the coordination
of the Bank’s BCP (Business Continuation Plan) in that region.
Olamide has undergone several trainings in Credit and Risk Management and is
currently studying for a Masters’ in Business Administration from Manchester University
in Manchester England.
He is the Managing Partner of Infodigm Limited and is also responsible for the Advisory
Services Business Unit of the firm. He is a versatile facilitator and strategy advisor. He
brings over 8 years of cognate Risk Management, Strategy and Operational
Improvement and Transformation Technology experience on board.
Dr. Olayiwola Oladapo is a consummate HR Professional, his experience spanned both
the consulting and management spheres of Human Capital Development.
