• This BWF Grade 2-Level 4 tournament will contest five events: Men’s Singles, Women’s
Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles.

• BWF is implementing the online entry system for this tournament and we seek your cooperation to
ensure all entries are submitted before the closing date. Member Associations are advise to log to
DAIHATSU Indonesian Masters 2018 at:

• You are required to have a username and password to submit the entries and this can be obtained
from BWF, please contact Mr. Shan Ramachandran:s.ramachandran@bwfbadminton.org.
• The online entry page will immediately close on 12 December 2017 at 23:59 hrs BWF headquarters
time (+08:00h GMT) and you are required to submit the entries on time. Late entries will not be
accepted.
• All entries must be submitted online.
• Indonesian Players have to send entries to: sekjen@pbsi.or.id. Entries closing date: 01
December 2017.
• After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all participating Member
Associations confirming receipt of the final entries. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive
evidence of receipt of the entries before the deadline.
• The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received by
Wednesday (+ one day after the entries closing date) by noon BWF Headquarters time (+08:00h
GMT).
• If no objection is received by BWF by Thursday (two days after the entries closing date) 23:59
hours BWF Headquarters time (+08:00h GMT), the entries shall be deemed to be correct.
• No complaints / objections shall be entertained after this point.

• Scoring System: Rally Point System 3 x 21 points.

• Competition Rules and Regulations:
The Championship will be run in accordance with the BWF World Tour Regulations, and
BWF General Competition Regulations, including regulations 19-23 which govern player
clothing.

• Withdrawals by players will be handled under the provisions of the BWF Grand Prix
Regulation – Penalty for Withdrawals.

• Drug Testing of player competing in the tournament will be carried out through random and
targeted sampling.

• Condition for Entries:

The organizers will not be responsible for any injuries sustained at any time by any player or
official arising from his participation in these championships. Any costs occurred for medical
treatment and/or hospitalization shall be borne by the Member Association of the player/official
concerned. All Players and officials are recommended to review their insurance cover and
ensure that it meets your current requirements.

 • Practice Sessions: Practice sessions at the tournament venue will be arranged according
to the Team arrival details. Request for practice sessions in the practice hall must be made at
the liaison centre in the official hotel upon arrival. The practice hall will only be available for
training two days prior to the tournament date.

• Team Accreditation: Please list out your team officials name into the Team Officials
Accreditation Form and send it to Mrs. Yati Hariadji at email sekjen@pbsi.or.id together with
passport size photographs in soft copy and your player names not later than 1 January 2018.

Complimentary ID passes will be issued to nominated team officials on the following scale
:
Team with up to 10 players 4 ID passes
Team between 11 – 16 players 5 ID passes
Team between 17 – 25 players 6 ID passes
Team over 25 players 7 ID passes

Limited additional official ID passes will be issued at a fee of USD.100,- each (maximum 5
passes for each team only) and should be requested in advance with Mrs. Yati Hariadji.

The Team Manager must attend all team Manager’s Meetings or otherwise face a penalty as
outlined in the General Competition Regulations. Member Associations can make a request for a
Team Manager from another Member Association to represent them at the meeting, however, the
Referee must be notified in advance.
