I wish to apply for the position of Staff Nurses as advertised in the Newton Medical Mail,
Saturday 23 October, 2015. I am writing to express my interest in being considered for an
appropriate position within your hospital. I have completed my current studies and qualified
specialist in the disclipines of Cardiac ICU.

Four years ago i complete a Diplona Nursing at Polytechnic of Health Semarang with a major
in nurse. Polytechnic of Health Semarang a government recognized institution with
accreditation A. I have achieved an overall Grade Point Average of 3.7 (on a 6 point scale)
and have a special interest in Newton Medical Center.
I wish to bring to your notice that I have 2.5 years of quality experience as a staff nurse in
ICU and I also have qualified specialist in the discipline of Cardiac ICU, I have attended the
training and certification of medical ICU and Certification inAdvance Cardiac Life Support
for 8 months in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. I am also conversant with the roles and
responsibilities attached to this post and also very well versed with assisting doctors,
medicine management, emergency procedures, basic health monitoring and other key
responsibility areas of a nurse. Apart from the basic job skills, some of my soft skills like
polished communication skills, willingness to help others, balanced decision making skills
etc. help me develop a connect with patients and also add on to my strength. I hope my
professional and personal attributes will suffice for the role.
