Prepare and enter accounting entries to allocate expenditure and revenue.
Preparation of periodical statement of sales to analyze the figures with planned budget to extract and
control variances.
Reconciliation of bank, Stock, Supplier on a monthly basis.
Allocation of material purchase and labor supply to each cost centers to get the correct status of
each projects and to avoid dumping of civil construction stock in each site.
Lead a team filled with representatives of each department to implement a new ERP system in the
organization.
Passing of intercompany accounting entries for stock transfer to get an accurate view of each company.
Preparation of contract account and invoices for progressive collection from construction sector and
periodical invoices for maintenance sector.
Supporting HR Department for payroll processing.
Preparation of statement of accounts of trading, construction and maintenance customers for collection
at the end of each month.
Documentation for importing activities.
Documentation for Business Loans and other facilities provided by bank.
Approval of material requisition from construction and forwarding the same to purchasing department.
Assist auditors during audit with necessary supporting documents.
Overall supervision of accounting activities of three companies under the group i.e., Falcon crest
swimming pools LLC, Falcon crest landscaping LLC and Flamingo Impex general trading LLC.
Supervision of purchasing department by arranging the supplier payment as per the terms and credit
period with the supplier.
