LEGAL NOTICE

Under the instruction of my client, Mr. Rathod, I hereby notify you as under:-

1. My Client states that he is an employee in the ICICI bank presently at LPU, he had
availed a home loan of Rs. 15 lakh in 2006 & car loan of 5 lakh in the 2015. While
availing both the loans he was an employee of HDFC bank Jalandhar.
2. My Client states that he was regularly repaying the home loan installments & due to
some problem he had not paid some installments but within 6 months he had cleared
all the pending installments till June 2011 the home loan was cleared.
3. My Client states that on 6th June 2017 he receives a letter to the LPU address stating
that he has to pay a sum of Rs. 50,000 as dues of his housing loan as delay payment
and financial interest.
4. My Client states that his father was seriously ill for which he had to be hospitalized in
forties hospital on 25th June & Doctors said to operate on emergency basis when Mr.
Rathod swiped his card in HDFC bank for withdrawal of his money he was utterly
shocked to note that his account has been freeze by the HDFC bank by way of right to
lean.

Therefore, on behalf of my client a limit of 15 days is given to you to reopen the account and
demand a compensation of Rs. 10000 for causing mental agony caused due to deficiency in
services, else a complaint will be filed in the Consumer Court as you are protected under the
Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

This is for your kind notice the cost of this legal notice is Rs.7000/- payable by you.
