As the RtI Leader for 3 years from 2008 – 2011 implemented and monitored Math Interventions following Rtl model.
Accountabilities included progress monitoring, tier intervention, staff learning, and preparation for domains meeting.
Facilitated and presented staff development recommendations.
Provided teacher leadership for implementation of classroom interventions.
As the Math Intervention Administrator for 2 years from 2008 – 2010, 2016 devised and launched Universal
Academic Schedule enabling simultaneous full grade-level interventions, as well as Universal Screening Assessments for
Math interventions.
Created cost analysis of different intervention programs and recommended specific programs to meet needs.
Analyzed data and shared with administrators and staff after managing, observing, and evaluating para-professional
implementation of school-wide Math Interventions.

As a member of the School Leadership Team for 4 years from 2005 – 2009 collaborated with school administrators
and other team leaders to develop summer school curriculum and make decisions.
Organized and implemented institute days that included best practice strategies with various experts in the field of
elementary education.
Participated in the hiring of new teachers and administrators as openings became available.
Served as Summer School Team Leader in 2007; partnered with School Administrators and other Team Leaders in
developing curriculum.
As a member of the Social Emotional Learning District Committee for 5 years from 2003 – 2008 worked with school
administrators and other committee members to make decisions regarding the SEL Curriculum for the district.
Researched different curriculums and conducted cost analysis, and trained teachers in the adopted SEL Curriculum.
Member of the Grant Writing Team from 2006 to 2007 and 2010 to 2012.
Served on the District #81 Leadership Team for 2 years from 2005 – 2007 fostered the Professional Learning
Community model.
Served as New Teacher Mentor for 3 years from 2005 to 2008; mentored 3 teachers using the Charlotte Danielson
Framework.
Presented at the NECC Conference in Atlanta, GA in 2007 and at the NWEA Conference in Arlington Heights, IL in 2007.
