 Click on generate fill up seismic parameter accordingly and click on Add button
 Click on zone under seismic Definition and click on Add button.
 Define self weight, member weight & floor weight and click Add. Assign member to
the beams. Floor weights have to define its range in X, Y & Z direction.
 Select Load Cases Details and click on Add button of load and definition dialog box
 Select load type seismic and give the title as ’seismic X’.
 Repeat for seismic –X, Z, -Z,
 Select seismic X, click add and define seismic loads and give factor as 1.
 Repeat the above process for seismic –X, -Z, & Z but have to change its factor
accordingly.
 Click on Load Case Detail & click Add
 Select the load type as Dead and give the title as DL
 Then click on Add button
 Select the load type as live and give the title as LL
 Then click on Add button
 Select DL from the load cases details and click Add button.
 For dead load add selfweight with factor -1, member load(weight of wall) and Floor load
(providing range in Y direction.)
Assigned selfweight to view, member load to all beam and floor load to floor
 For live load, add floor load and specifying the Y range

Combination of load
 Go to command, loading load combination.
 Give factor as 1.2.
 Give the name of the load combination( such as DL + LL + seis X). Select combination
of load such as DL +LL + seismic X and click add.
 Repeat above process for seismic –X, Z & -Z. Give name differently in order not to
confuse.
 Perform analysis and run analysis

DESIGN
 Click on design tab and choose concrete
 Select the code
