INTRODUCCIÓN
La creación del DICCIONARIO GASTRONÓMICO (ESPAÑOL – INGLÉS /
INGLÉS – ESPAÑOL) se debe a la importancia que ha cobrado la
gastronomía en el Perú y el mundo en la actualidad. Podemos
encontrar una gran variedad de recetas en las redes sociales y los
principales buscadores de internet, sin embargo, muchas veces nos
frena la barrera del idioma cuando queremos acceder a deliciosas
recetas de otros países que están a nuestro alcance pero que no
podemos seguir y llevar a la práctica por no dominar la lengua
extranjera en que fueron escritas.

En esta oportunidad pongo a su alcance un diccionario bilingüe de


gastronomía donde figuran los nombres de alimentos, vegetales,
frutas, los diferentes tipos de carnes de res, aves y pescados, así como
las técnicas culinarias y términos utilizados en la cocina. Considero que
un diccionario de este tipo será de gran ayuda para todos aquellos que
aman la cocina y que llevan siempre consigo esa necesidad básica de ir
experimentando con todo aquellas recetas de sabrosos platos y
deliciosos postres que hacen de la cocina un ARTE.

Que el idioma no sea un pretexto para seguir haciendo de la cocina


uno de los más grandes placeres de la vida.

INTRODUCTION
The creation of the GASTRONOMIC DICTIONARY (SPANISH - ENGLISH
/ ENGLISH - SPANISH) is due to the importance of gastronomy in Peru
and the world today. We can find a great variety of recipes in the social
networks and the main search engines of the internet, however, we are
often slowed down the language barrier when we want to access
delicious recipes from other countries that are within our reach but we
can not follow and carry to practice for not mastering the foreign
language in which they were written.
In this opportunity I put at your fingertips a bilingual dictionary of
gastronomy with the names of foods, vegetables, fruits, different types
of beef, poultry and fish, as well as culinary techniques and terms used
in cooking. I believe that a dictionary of this type will be of great help
to all those who love cooking and who always carry with them that
basic need to experiment with all those recipes of tasty dishes and
delicious desserts that make the kitchen an ART.

That language is not a pretext to continue making the kitchen one of


the greatest pleasures of life.
