6. Eating more than what is recommended in a day is bad for you because usually it causes
weight and fat gain. You need to burn more calories than you intake to decrease your weight.

7. Proteins are metabolized to regenerate cells. For example when you eat protein, the body
takes apart the dna of the animal you ate and recycles it to regenerate cells.

8. This food journal helped me realize that i burn enough calories in a day, but eat too many
calories. I learned that i need to start eating less or healthier foods to improve my health.
