After making this food journal, I realize that I might want to make some changes to my everyday
diet. I definitely need to eat less carbs because I eat a lot more than is actually recommended. I
also need to eat more fruits and vegetables because I don’t eat nearly as much as I’m supposed
to. I think that doing this has made me more conscious about what I eat everyday and how I
should make an effort to put better foods into my body and try to be more active.
