ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the
management of change and the administration of human talent in a secondary
educational institution, Ayacucho 2017.
The type of study is basic. Its design is descriptive - correlational. There was a
population of 60 teachers and a census sample identical to the population made
up of teachers from the educational institution "Esmeralda de los Andes" in the
city of Huanta - Ayacucho. Two questionnaires were used as data collection
instruments, which were subjected to the reliability test of Alpha Cronbach, and
were validated through expert judgment. The data was processed statistically in
order to describe the phenomena and check the hypothesis.
The results of the processing show that there is a significant relationship between
the management of change and the administration of human talent in a secondary
educational institution, Ayacucho 2017. The level of correlation is medium high.
The Spearman correlation test indicates that the value of the correlation is Rho =
0.653 and the significance = 0.001 <0.050.
