Introduction

Purpose

• To acclimate new interns/employees to the office culture

• To convey what we look for in new interns/employees

• By doing the above two, improving the fit between the

incoming interns/employees and the office culture
Pedigree

• Established in 1988

• Serves diverse industries and client sizes

• Integrated approach to serving clients

Integrated Approach
• All service divisions within the same office - Income-tax
consulting, Audit functions, Subsidy consulting, Project
Finance consulting, GST consultation, Company Law
consulting, RERA consulting, Legal drafting etc.

• Approach allows us to serve clients in a timely and cost-

effective manner.

• Eliminates coordination hassles for the client among

different consultants.
Holistic Development

• We believe that all interns/employees should get the

maximum exposure to new opportunities and knowledge.

• More importantly, knowledge gained should be

translatable into actionable advice for clients.

• Also we teach soft skills which are necessary and more

important than technical knowledge in the longer run
(“Nobody wants to work with a brilliant jerk”).
What We Expect
• Through experience, we have observed that the most
effective learners are those who are humble, are team
workers and improve themselves based on feedback.

• They are methodical, detail-oriented, quality conscious,

and above all have high personal integrity and standards.

• They have a change oriented mindset (“I can improve

through practice”) vs a fixed mindset (“I don't think I can
do this well since I have never done this before”).
