O R D E R:

Under Regulation 14 (a) (1) of APSEB Service Regulations Part-II, as adopted by

TSTRANSCO, the Divisional Engineers / Executive Engineer (Elecl., Civil & Telecom)
mentioned in the Annexures appended are promoted temporarily to act as
Superintending Engineers (Elecl., Civil & Telecom) respectively with effect from the date
of assumption of charge.

2. The promotions ordered in para-1 above are purely temporary and liable for
termination at any time without notice and without assigning any reasons thereto.

3. The promotions ordered in para-1 above are subject to outcome of the WP

No.16660 of 2015 & WP No.39282 of 2015 and batch pending in Hon’ble High Court of
Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh.

4. The promotions ordered in para-1 above are also subject to finalization of

allocation of employees between APTRANSCO and TSTRANSCO and subsequent change
in the seniority, if any.

5. The promotions ordered in para-1 above are also subject to the condition that it
shall be reviewed after completion of the process of final allocation of cadre strength,
vacancies and employees between the successor States by the Government and the
persons, so promoted meanwhile, shall not have any right on such promotion.

6. The NINETEEN (19) DEs/Elec. on temporary promotion as SEs (Elec.)., and the
existing THREE (3) SEs (Elec.) are transferred and posted to the places noted against
their names in the Annexure appended to this order.

7. The THREE (3) EEs/Civil & TWO (2) DEs/Telecom on temporary promotion as
Superintending Engineer (Civil) & Superintending Engineer (Telecom), respectively are
posted to the places noted against their names in the Annexure appended to this order.

8. The controlling officer is requested to relieve the Divisional Engineer (Elecl.),

Executive Engineer (Civil), Divisional Engineer (Telecom) by making local arrangements
pending posting of substitute to enable him/her to assume charge on promotion as
Superintending Engineers/Elecl., Civil, Telecom, respectively at the place of posting
ordered.

9. The promotees are requested to assume charge at the place of posting ordered
after obtaining proper relief at the present place of working as ordered in the Annexure.

10. The Superintending Engineers / Elecl., transferred are requested to assume

charge at the place of posting after obtaining proper relief at the present place of
working as mentioned in the Annexure.

11. The promotees are informed that any request for change of posting will not be
entertained and he/she shall assume charge accordingly after obtaining proper relief
from the present place of working within 15 days from the date of receipt of these
orders, failing which he/she has to forego all the rights both at present and in future for
such higher post. If he/she fails to join duty within the time limit or evades to join duty
such period of un-authorised absence will be treated as ‘DIES-NON’. He/She shall also
be liable for disciplinary action.

12. The date of joining of the candidates on promotion as Superintending

Engineer/Elecl., Civil, Telecom respectively will be reckoned as date of commencement
of probation.
