This course will expound on the principles, tools and technique using a unified language for analyzing
the organization's performance following its vision, mission, strategies, goals and process/systems vis a vis

methodology of IIBA's Business Analyst Book of Knowledge, coupled with various cases and workshops for
better learning, contribution and success in the implementation.
This 3 day comprehensive training will discuss the business case, key concepts, process, method and
approach in establishing an energy efficiency program in a target company following the standard
provisions under ISO 50001. This will be complemented with sample cases, exercises and workshop from
stakeholders commitment, energy policy, energy planning, implementation, monitoring and management
reviews using the PDCA cycle. Identification of significant energy use, performance indicator and
opportunities shall likewise be covered under this module.
This extensive training and assessment is divided into three (3) levels: Foundation (Basic) for new
entrant; Intermediate Level for those with 2-3 years of lineman work experience and Advance Level for
those with at least 3 years of lineman work experience under the intermediate level.
